We want you to feel completely satisfied and nurtured by every NatureFem product you choose. If, for any reason, your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we are here to make the return and exchange process simple and supportive.

Our 30-Day Nurturing Guarantee

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date your purchase was delivered. To allow us to continue providing products with the highest integrity, if more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Start Your Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain in its natural state: unused, in the same immaculate condition you received it, and with all its original packaging.

Please make sure you have your original Order Number ready.

Non-Returnable Items & Partial Refunds

Certain conditions may lead to only partial refunds being granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Approval Process (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Upon approval, your refund will be promptly processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of days, depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, we kindly ask that you take the following steps first:

  1. Re-check Your Bank Account.

  2. Contact Your Bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is officially posted to your account.

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Goods (if applicable)

We hold ourselves to high standards of quality. We only replace items if they arrive in a defective or damaged condition. If you need to exchange an item for a direct replacement, please email us a kind message at naturefemgeneraltrading@gmail.com and include clear pictures of the damage.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
